P-Town Tom Delivers Some Deliveries
Back in April I got yet another swell package from my friend and yours, P-Town Tom of Waiting ‘Til Next Year. Inside was a trio of pitchers that I love. I can’t believe I haven’t posted this one yet, whoops!
One of these aces is not like the other. That’s because the Nolan on the right is a 1980 Topps Super, and is much larger than this pretty sweet 2015 Donruss Keuchel. Both are loved equally here at ‘Dome HQ though.
The final flamethrower in the package was my favorite card of the bunch, though. That’s because it was an autograph from one of my favorite prospects whom we traded away this year, Mike Foltynewicz.
As you can see, this one is pretty shiny! Sure it’s a sticker auto, but I’m always happy to add another Folty to the collection.
Thanks so much for setting this aside for me, Tom! Looks like your Cubbies will be in the playoff hunt this postseason, so maybe next year has finally come.

You're welcome! I'm not big on the Cubs playoff chances this year, but we've seen that once a team makes it into the post season anything can happen. Just happy that they are relevant once again!
